3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
Saturday, March 13
Sponsored by the Student Leadership Team, this Perry County fundraiser, promises to be a friendly afternoon of great hoops and competition. You can sign-up to play on a team by calling the church office. The entry fee and admission are $5. Concessions will be available. Games for elementary children will be offered between each tournament game.
Grow University
A new semester of Grow University begins Wednesday, January 6th. Why did God create man? What does it mean for humans to be created in the image of God? What happened at the Fall? These questions and many others will help us consider humanity’s relationship to God. Class will meet at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary.
Pray For Haiti
Paul reminds us in Romans 8 that “the whole creation has been subjected to futility and groans in pains of childbirth,” longing to be freed from its bondage to corruption. On Tuesday, Jan. 12th, at exactly 4:53 p.m., a catastrophic groan struck Haiti. This groan has been heard around the world. Every Tuesday, at exactly 4:53 p.m., pray for the nation of Haiti. Pray for the hope of the mighty gospel to go forth in this hopeless situation.
